Administrative Details
|
- 5% off Workshop Fees for group of 3 or more who enroll for the programme
- Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants
- FTA Competency Certificate will be issued to candidate who passes the optional FTA exam. On passing the FTA exam, candidate successfully demonstrated that he/she understands the application of the FTA concepts and tools and is able to resolve practical problems
- FTA Exam: S$150 for 1st attempt. This is an optional one-hour pen and paper exam, conducted on a separate day. S$100 for subsequent attempt. Further details of the examination (ie date, time and venue) will be announced during the FTA workshop
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel or make any adjustments to the event
- Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis
- 40% of the course fees will be levied upon cancellation after confirmation of the event
- Substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost with at least 3 days notice prior to event, otherwise certificate of attendance to be collected at our office
- Acknowledgement of enrolment will be sent via e-mail to each enrollee on receipt of each enrolment
- Payments are required with registration and must be received prior to the training programme to guarantee your place
- Walk-in participants will only be admitted on the basis of space availability at the training programme and with each immediate full payment. Please note that handouts may not be available during the seminar for walk-in participants
- You will still be liable for the full payment in the event of no-show on actual day of the event.
