The Singapore Business Federation (SBF), supported by International Enterprise Singapore, is organizing a Business Mission to Seoul, South Korea from 13 - 16 December 2009.
The mission coincides with the 6th Korea-Singapore Business Roundtable (KSBRT) and the 4th Korea-Singapore Logistics Council Meeting (KSLC) co-chaired by SBF and the Korea International Trade Association, Korea's largest business association with 65,000 members. The main purpose of the mission is to explore South Korea’s various business opportunities for Singapore. Mission members will be invited to join the KSBRT and KSLC. Business networking sessions, matching sessions, site visits to local companies and other business programmes will be specially arranged for you.
In 2008, South Korea, with 48 mil population, was Singapore's 7th major trading partner. It offers many business opportunities to our Singapore companies in logistics, supply chain management, trading, clean and green industry, etc.
The Global Financial Crisis last year has affected all countries worldwide, and whether is it showing signs of recovery now is the upmost topic on everyone’s mind. Gauging the current situation for both countries, this region area is vital. Companies will also benefit from renowned speakers' assessments and advices, and when the tough economic times ended, you will make a higher profitability than others.
