The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) and the respective ministries of trade and industry of the 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat; and organised by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. It is a high level international event for economic, trade exchanges and cooperation which is held annually in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China since 2004.
Following five consecutive successful CAEXPOs, the 6th CAEXPO will be held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China from 20 to 24 Oct 2009. The upcoming CAEXPO is even more significant as the process of establishing the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) accelerates.

SINGAPORE NATIONAL PAVILIONS
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is the appointed lead agency to organise Singapore's participation in the 6th CAEXPO 2009.
The theme for the 6th CAEXPO 2009 is "Customs-Business Cooperation". China and the 10 ASEAN countries will select their own "City of Charm" to show case the overall development planning, port cooperation, trade facilitation, supporting facilities construction and management technologies of the bonded parks/ zones in their respective countries.
SBF would like to invite your company/organisation to be part of the Singapore Commercial Stand located on Hall 13, Level 2. Participation in this 6th CAEXPO 2009 would not only raise the profile of your company/organization, but also expose your company/organization to more business and investment opportunities in China and ASEAN. Depending on your requirements, you can choose any one of the packages stated in the application form to showcase your company/organization and the services/ products that you offer.

- All exhibitors' company information must be submitted by 15 JULY 2009 noon. Organiser will not be liable for any consequences arising from late submissions. Booths allocation is solely determined by organizer (SBF). Organizer's decision is final.
- Reimbursement under IMAP Incentive Scheme*
- Up to 50% on economy airfare, hotel accommodation and common costs for only one employee per participating eligible company
- Company employee must not be enjoying Double Tax Deduction (DTD) incentive for this activity
- Double Tax Deduction Scheme (DTD)*
