Business Mission to Cambodia
(Phnom Penh & Siem Reap)
|
|
|

The Singapore Business Federation in collaboration with the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises is organizing a 6D/5N business mission to Cambodia (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap).
Since its WTO accession, Cambodia's open economy with a strong economic growth, political stability and an emerging use of natural resource has drawn foreign investors moving in at a steady pace. Cambodia's economy has averaged a stunning 11% growth rate over the past three years with stellar performances in the textiles and garments, beverage, food processing and wood processing industry sectors. Singapore is Cambodia's eighth largest investor during the period of 1994 to 2006 while total trade in 2008 hit S$898 million.
This mission will focus on achieving the following objectives for its participants:
- Identify new business - trade, project, consultancy & investment opportunities in Cambodia
- Network with key government agencies & local business leaders and business associations and understand the latest changes in Cambodia’s economic & investment policies
- Examine at first-hand the actual business and market conditions in Cambodia through expert speakers, networking sessions and site visits.
- Gain real-life insights on doing business in Cambodia from Singaporean businessmen operating in Cambodia
Don't miss this opportunity! Join us in this business mission to further evaluate the business and investment possibilities in Cambodia for your company! Mission participants are also eligible to apply for up to 50% subsidy of economy airfare, hotel accommodation & common costs (IMAP incentive)*.
