Mrs Fang Ai Lian is an Independent Director of Singapore Post Limited, Metro Holdings Limited and Cromwell EREIT Management Pte Ltd. She is also Chairman of the Medishield Life Council and SGX Listings Advisory Committee member, and formerly the Chairman of Great Eastern Holdings Ltd and Ernst & Young Singapore.

Mrs Fang had served on the boards of several companies, including Banyan Tree Holdings Limited, Great Eastern Holdings Limited, Singapore Telecommunications Limited and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited. Additionally, she was an advisor to the Far East Organization Group, a Board member of Tote Board, a SingHealth Fund Limited member and a trustee of the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

Mrs Fang is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mdm Kay Kuok Oon Kwong, is the Executive Chairman of Allgreen Properties Limited, a Director of Shangri-La Hotel Limited (Singapore), Managing Director of Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Bhd and a Director of Shangri-La Hotels Public Company Limited (Thailand). She sits on the Boards of Venture Corporation Limited, Kuok (Singapore) Limited (and its various subsidiaries) and Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd as well.

Mdm Kuok is currently the Chairman of the National Healthcare Group Pte Ltd and the Yale-NUS College Governing Board. She has made notable contributions to education, tourism, healthcare, the arts and the environment, having also served on several other educational and community service organisations, industry groups and government bodies, including MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, The Courage Fund Limited, Singapore Hotels Association, Singapore Tourism Board, NUS Board of Trustees, National Arts Council, South West CDC, Singapore Environment Council, National Environmental Agency, VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer and Northlight School.

Mdm Kuok has received the Meritorious Service Medal, the Public Service Star (BBM) and the Public Service Medal (PSM) from the President of Singapore in 2015, 2005 and 1998 respectively. The Singapore Tourism Board honoured her with its inaugural Award for Lifetime Achievement for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism in 2009 and its Special Recognition Award in 2004.

Mdm Kuok is an Advocate and Solicitor (Barrister-at-Law) from Gray’s Inn, London.

Professor Tan Cheng Han S.C. is Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore (NUS). From July 2019 to August 2022, he was Chair Professor of Commercial Law at the City University of Hong Kong’s School of Law, where he also served as Dean and Co-Director of the Centre for Public Affairs and Law while on leave from NUS. Until July 2019, he was the Chairman of the NUS E W Barker Centre for Law and Business and was Dean of the NUS law school from 1 May 2001 – 31 December 2011.

Professor Tan is also Chairman of Singapore Exchange Regulation Ltd, Caritas Singapore, President of the Asian Law Schools Association, and he practices as an advocate and arbitrator. Some of his previous appointments include being a Director of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Chairman of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee, and Commissioner of the Competition Commission of Singapore. He has represented the Competition Commission of Singapore in several appeals against decisions of the Commission.
